How would you like to serve “Coq au Vin” or Quiche Florentine” at your next dinner party?
To learn how to prepare these traditional French dishes and more, come and learn at the French cooking lessons proposed by the Alliance Française d’El Paso for five Saturdays starting September 26 through October 24, from 10 am to 12 Noon.
CHEF LUGO, EPCC Culinary Arts program will be teaching the classes at the following location:

10:00am – 12:00pm
The cost for 10 hours of instruction is $100 for members and $125 for non-members. Individual class rates can be available upon request. Degustation is included in the price. Please reserve your spot by September 18th as 16 students are required to offer the class.
